Assessments & gap analysis

Before you implement a Bridge-x solution, we can help you assess your business requirements as well as technology and infrastructure readiness. Our assessment service allows you to build data and system inventories, security needs, unique integration requirements and UI customization requirements. These studies are highly focused and typically run no longer than two or three weeks. Key deliverables from an assessment study include a fixed-price proposal for solution implementation, timelines and resource plan for implementation.

Implementation services

We offer the full range of implementation services for all our solutions. This includes installation of Netweaver CE infrastructure, development of backend APIs and web services, UI customization, testing, go-live support & knowledge transfer. As a part of the solution, Bridge-x also works with customers on addressing business process issues in backend systems (ERP, CRM, BI).

Innovation services

In addition to our portfolio of solutions, we also work with companies to conceptualize and develop unique functionality, features and industry-specific solutions that solve critical business issues. Some examples of such solutions include Product Configurator, Global Stock Visibility solution, Credit Manager Console and PO Workbench applications.

Training & Support services

All Bridge-x solutions are backed by our support. We offer application maintenance for all our solutions including functionality and user interface enhancements, protection from backend upgrade impact and application performance tuning.
